Terms of Reference for Publicity Officer

Barbara Stafford confirmed as Publicity Officer, 13.10.16

1. Disseminate, publicise and communicate information of the Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) with the assistance of the Publicity working Group as and when significant stages are reached.
2. Identify key issues in the progress of the NDP and prioritise news releases.
3. Use written and digital means to communicate news to the parish of Goudhurst via:
   1. Identify and target groups by age, IT awareness, intelligence, individual social groups
   2. Local parish magazines
   3. Local newspapers, radio and television
   4. Local websites
   5. Posters
   6. Facebook
   7. NDP Website
4. Other publicity duties as and when required.
